I did it!!! (Drum roll please!! )

California International Marathon is officially over!! And yours truly did not BQ (or BBQ for Mica, hehe) . But that's ok. Because I PR'd by 10 minutes!!! AND, that would make it a sub 4 hour finish! I made my goal:

3:59:10

This is only gun time!!! Chip time not available, yet! I just barely squeaked by! But it's still under 4 hours! I am hoping it is something like 3:58:XX. :-)

I am really tired right now but off to a baby shower... Planning on taking long nap in the car, on our way back down to the Bay Area.

THANK YOU for all your support and encouragement.. I am so happy that I got sub 4 hour finish, finally! Duane was amazing cheering me on every few miles or so handing my my Gu and water. And I LOVED seeing Maritza and Tara on the course, like 3 times! You guys really helped push me to the finish line. You two are the best cheerleaders!! Thank you!

And congrats to Aron who PR'd by 20 minutes and to Leslie to BQ'd!!!! It was also lovely meeting Stacey, KK and Leslie for the first time. Can't wait to read the all the race reports!

I really hope we stop at In-n-Out Burger on our way home!
